Lancashire Relish Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 brioche buns toasted
  • 150g black pudding
  • 2 tbsp beetroot relish
  • ¼ C gherkins sliced
  • 4 frozen hash browns (1 per serve)

METHOD

  1. Peel the skin from the black pudding and cut it into slices. Fry.
  2. Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
  3. Fry hash browns.
  4. Toast the brioche buns.
  5. On the bottom part on the bun, add a big dollop of beetroot relish.
  6. Then, add the gherkins, the patty, the hash browns and the black pudding.
  7. Add the top bun and enjoy!
