Lancashire Relish Burger
INGREDIENTS
- 4 brioche buns toasted
- 150g black pudding
- 2 tbsp beetroot relish
- ¼ C gherkins sliced
- 4 frozen hash browns (1 per serve)
METHOD
- Peel the skin from the black pudding and cut it into slices. Fry.
- Cook the patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Fry hash browns.
- Toast the brioche buns.
- On the bottom part on the bun, add a big dollop of beetroot relish.
- Then, add the gherkins, the patty, the hash browns and the black pudding.
- Add the top bun and enjoy!
