  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 capsicum sliced
  • 1 C satay sauce
  • 2 tbsp aioli

METHOD

  1. Cook the patties according to instructions on the pack.
  2. Toast brioche buns with a bit of butter.
  3. Put the onions in a bit of flour and fry them so they become nice and crispy.
  4. Time to assemble! Start with a bit of carrot on the base. Feel free to add a bit of aioli to the bottom bun first, if you’d like. Then add the lettuce, capsicum and coriander.
  5. Add the patty, smear satay sauce on the patty, add the fried onions and top bun.
  6. Enjoy!
