Spaghetti and Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 400g dried spaghetti
- 2 C tomato passata
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ C grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ C fresh basil
METHOD
- Cook the meatballs according to the instructions on the pack.
- Boil water, add salt and cook pasta until cooked and firm to the bite, strain and coat with olive oil, so it doesn't stick together.
- Heat passata sauce in a pot with olive oil and oregano.
- Place spaghetti on plate, top with passata sauce followed by the meatballs.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
- Eat & enjoy.
