INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 can of pineapple rounds
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g Hawthorn Cake
  • edible flowers for garnishing

METHOD

  1. Make the kebabs by adding the capsicum, pineapple, red onion, and meatballs.
  2. Simply add oil and the kebabs in the griddle pan. Ensure the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 75°c.
  3. Add some BBQ sauce to a plate and place the kebabs on top.
  4. Add a bit more oil and garnish using the edible flowers and Hawthorn cake
